The Consumer Product Safety Commission and American Honda Motor are recalling Honda Off-Road Motorcycle Model CRF50F, model years 2023 and 2024. The handlebar grips slide off leading to loss of cycle control, crashes, and injuries.

Rest Sound Generator Power Adapters Can Shock You

The Consumer Product Safety Commission and Hatch Baby Inc. are now recalling the Power Adapters sold with Rest 1st Generation sound machines. The plastic housing surrounding the adapter and the AC prongs readily comes off when the adapter is removed from an AC plug leading to shock and electrocution hazards.
About 919,400 of these units were sold in the US and about 44,352 were sold in Canada online at Hatch.co and Amazon.com, and at the physical locations of BuyBuyBaby, Target, Walmart, Nordstrom, Pottery Barn Kids and BestBuy.
Stop using these power adapters and contact Hatch Baby Inc. at 888-918-4614 or via email at recall@hatch.co in order to receive a refund. To obtain the refund, cut the cord between the power adapter and the sound machine and email a picture showing the cut cord and the model number to Hatch.
